At Fitshop, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. That includes our hassle-free returns policy, designed with your convenience in mind
Flexible Return Period
You have up to 35 days from the delivery date to return most products purchased from Fitshop online, over the phone, or in-store.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, simply notify us in writing or via email. While customers are responsible for return shipping costs, we’re here to guide you through the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Once we receive your item back, a refund will be issued within 35 working days.
Which products are eligible for return
We accept returns for both Fitshop’s own brands (Taurus, BodyMax, and cardiostrong) and products from third-party brands. Regardless of how you made your purchase - online, in-store, or by phone - our return policy applies. We will do everything we can to make this process easy for you. Some exceptions may apply to products that are customised, or items due to hygiene reasons (chest straps, nutrition etc)
Condition of Returned Items
We kindly ask that all returned items are in their original packaging and unused. If items show signs of use or assembly, we may deduct an amount from your refund based on the diminished value of the goods.

Contact Us for Returns
To return goods or cancel an order, email our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA). Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
