Top product! Almost as good as a regular barbell. Almost every exercise that can be performed with a barbell is possible. Only deadlifts and squats are a bit difficult or almost impossible to do with this multi grip bar. Thanks to the different grip types, you can also add a bit of variety to the training and grip once closer and then wider. We recommend!

I have some space constraints so finding a bar that was less than 2m long was a bonus. This is my first speciality bar, and I hunted around the market first before I bought it. Spec, price, look etc., this looked to be the best value for money. It arrived, and it is one of the most aesthetically pleasing bars. Some of the welds might be neater but they are all coated, but this isn't a bar beginning with R and many are a less manufactured than barbells and simply designed bars. Knurling is weak to medium Ribbed loading ends to minimise disk slippage Comes with rubber buffers and decent clips. Having used this for two days now, I can say it's my favourite bar overall. Close grip really challenging, causes your core to stabilise, arms stay in tight and triceps get a good workout. Angled grip differs massively between supinated and pronated, try them both Wider grip feels good and very different from standard pressing. It's definitely friendlier to the shoulders, but the fact that your arms stay in tight probably helps technique when using a standard bar. I also noticed positively some pops and cracks from me when using, this indicates it is working my shoulders and back differently from normal, and I would say this has been positive. Have had a numb thumb/finger for a few years and this new movement seems to have helped. It's not perfect, but for the price it is almost, and would happily recommend to anyone. Did have a missing end cap and one damaged by courier, customer services have offered to swap bar or replace end caps, I chose the latter as I intend to use it loads.
