The BodyCraft F602 is a hard-wearing decline/flat/incline bench offering a wide variety of exercises and benefits. The robust design and foam-covered backrest ensure maximum comfort and stability while the transport wheels make it easy to move around.


ADJUSTABLE DECLINE TO INCLINE BACK PAD
The back rest of BodyCraft F602 bench can adjust to 7 different positions including 4 incline bench positions, flat bench and decline bench. Using the bench at different angles encourages varied muscle engagement, so you work all areas of the muscle to create a more defined and sculpted look.

The adjustment system is quick, easy and secure to ensure you’re not wasting your workout time on it. The backrest is 2" thick covered with extra high-density foam in black vinyl and upholstered back covers.


ROBUST HARD-WEARING DESIGN
Made of robust high-quality materials to provide you with maximum support in your exercises. It’s extremely solid and stable with 2" x 3" steel construction. The bench weights 36.7kg and the maximum user weight reaches 362kg.


EASY MANOEUVRABILITY
The bench comes with built-in rear transport wheels. This allows you to move it around your fitness space without any effort.


BODY WEIGHT BENCH-ONLY EXERCISES
There’s plenty of exercises you can do using only the BodyCraft F602 Deluxe Flat/Incline/Decline Utility Bench and your own body weight. Those exercises vary from cardio workout to strength trainings and you can combine a few of them to create the whole body workout with no additional equipment. Here are some examples of what you can do!

Cardiovascular Exercises: bench hop overs, mountain climbers, decline jack planks
Upper Body Muscles: dips, incline push-ups, decline push ups
Lower body Muscles: mountain climbers, bench hop overs, Bulgarian split squat
