Description: BodyCraft Preacher Curl Attachment for F320 and F602 Bench
The F610 Arm Curl Attachment is the perfect partner for a range of BodyCraft benches to help increase growth in your biceps.Fully adjustable, the pad and bar catch both have 5 different settings, all spaced 1” apart. Thick 2” foam is wrapped around the top of the pad for supreme comfort on both your chest and underarms.
The bar catch is placed at just an arms’ length away at the bottom point of where you will be lifting.
With the ability to add further bicep movements to your exercise programme with the adaptability to use with a range of equipment, such as but not limited to, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and cable attachments.
The preacher curl is an optimal exercise to increase growth in the biceps due to the avoidance of the conventional voluntary/involuntary swing motion that can be adopted with bicep curl exercises and the adaptability to correct arm imbalances by incorporating single arm bicep work.
COMPATIBILITY
The F610 is suitable to attach to the F602, F320 and F609 BodyCraft benches.

Excellent product
Exactly what you imagine it to be, and very comfortable too. It also fits the BodyMax CF430+ Deluxe Utility Bench which isn't listed in the description.
Only criticism is that if you have a loaded bar on the front, and stand up, the bench lifts up! I lock mine underneath my press rails so all good!
