Keiser M3i Total Body Trainer

The M3i Total Body Trainer features the powerful lower body workout of an M3i exercise bike, but also incorporates an upper-body component. Keiser blazed a trail by becoming the first fitness company to use magnetic resistance. This innovation made their cardio machines smooth, quiet, and very close in feel to a road biking experience. It also produces a limitless range of resistance, meaning the user can increase the gears until the bike’s flywheel comes to a complete stop. It’s able to generate the high levels of resistance thanks to the single-belt Poly-V drivetrain. The engineering is subject to daily quality tests, and it’s of such a high build quality that it is certified by the internationally-recognised TUV standard. The M3i TBT takes all the best features of the M Series exercise bikes and adds the upper-body workout that can typically be achieved with a cross trainer. Using dual hand grips, you can push and pull to work your arms and upper body, all while cycling to work the legs and lower body, creating an efficient, full-body workout.

The integrated display monitor shows the user only the most essential stats, all on one screen. This means you won’t need to cycle through various different screens in order to find the metric you’re looking for: it’s all there at a glance for you. This stripped-back design means the user can focus on the ride, and it negates the need for buttons to further distract the user. As well as mitigating distraction, the lack of buttons means there’s less risk of maintenance and repair being required, as buttons are often the first parts to wear. The console, in tandem with the TUV-certified drivetrain, displays the most accurate stats available, and the Keiser M Series console is recognised for this. The simple, essentials-only design makes the M3i TBT’s display monitor easy to read and easy to use, allowing you to get on with your workout.

The M3i TBT is compatible with the free Keiser M Series app, which allows you to track your progress with a more extensive suite of workout metrics. You can monitor your progress using the slick, easy-to-understand visualisations. Guided workout sessions will help you take your training to the next level, and there’s the choice of different durations, difficulties, and formats to help you tailor your workout to your needs. You can also track your progress over time, and the M Series app can be connected to Apple Health, Strava, and more.

As well as the M Series app, the M3i TBT is compatible with a huge range of other apps and services, such as Zwift, Tacx, Peloton, and Kinomaps. There’s also the capability to connect up group projection systems such as Myzone, Spivi, and Bkool. Other features include a stretch pad on the base of the machine, which helps with pre- and post-workout stretches, and adjustable levellers.
