The Bodycraft Super Gym Monolift Arms are designed to aid in your strength training by assisting with your form, even at much higher weight loads. The Monolift arms benefit all exercises where the barbell is loaded onto the rack: particularly exercises like squats and chest presses. When a barbell is placed on the Monolift arms, the arms pull away from the rack, which allows the user to lift from the rack without being required to step away from the rack as you would need to with standard J-hooks. This allows the user to load huge weight capacities- up to 400kg- and lift from the rack easily, which greatly assists in training with heavier weights.
