This pulley attachment adds a whole new dimension to your workout by allowing you to more specifically target arm muscles such as biceps, triceps and deltoids as well as several important muscles in the back like the trapezius, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae and rhomboids. If you take exercise seriously then this is the perfect piece of equipment for you!
COMPATIBILITY
Beautifully designed, this attachment fits Standard 1” and 2” or Olympic Discs with a maximum weight capacity of up to 180kg / 400 lbs. Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, this pulley system will enhance your power rack and keep your exercise routine, fresh, exciting and challenging.
Lat pull downs and low pulley rows are excellent for building strength and promote muscular endurance. They also compliment exercises such as shrugs, shoulder presses and chest presses to further increase upper body performance, boost body function and reduce the risk of injury by assisting in making every days tasks such as pulling, pushing and lifting easier.
The Pulley Ratio is 2:1.

CF375 with pulley
Great rack, as mentioned in another review make sure you put the uprights the correct way as the instructions are not too clear. Uprights with holes through the sides go to the front. Ordered first weekend of lockdown so delivery took a while. I got back in touch with powerhouse to chase it up and Andy the Batley Store Manager sorted my order quickly, swapping out items that were not in stock etc - great customer service and great quality rack. Pulley system smooth and quiet too. Btw you can get a dip attachment elsewhere that will fit this rack for around £30 ...£17 pre lockdown from other suppliers. Make sure you order the one for 50mm rack. I will use powerhouse again as they did not hike up their prices and take advantage of the demand.

Received my power rack in two boxes, One box had the lat pull down, The other box had the power rack, Power rack took around 40 minutes to assemble make sure you get the uprights the right way round, lat pull down Took about an hour, quite sturdy power rack shame can't buy a dip attachment for it. Put it together as instructed but was left with about four bolts over and I'm not sure why
