NON SLIP PADS

The deck of the BodyMax Fitness Step features non slip pad designed to ensure your security, safety and stability while you’re working out on the stepper. Built from highly durably high density polyethylene, the step has a maximum user weight of 200kg.

Thanks to the adjustable design BodyMax Step can be used for a wide variety of exercises. The most popular type of exercises performed with a stepper is step aerobics which provide all the benefits of high-intensity cardio workout without putting pressure on your joints. It’s performed to build strength, reduce body fat and boost cardiovascular health. Some of excellent step aerobics exercises include basic right, basic left, turnstep move, A-step move, across the top move and charleston.

The step also offers a variety of body weight fitness exercises such as leg balance exercises, plank and assisted plank, press-ups and sit-ups. Additionally, you can perform polymeric exercises such as step ups, lateral step overs, burpee step overs, elevated push ups, box jumps, burpee box jumps and Bulgarian split squats.
