BOWFLEX SELECTTECH DUMBBELL BF1090I
Dumbbells are what I expected (good quality) and are easy to use. The only gripe I have is the length of the dumbells for doing certain exercises but to be honest they have to be this long to enable the construction of them so the pros come with the (small) cons.
I would recommend these to anyone looking for some solid weights at home without the need for a lot of real estate. Price is hefty but can be worth it if you compare to other gym systems and the small space they occupy.

1.5 years Bowflex dumbbells
I have been using the Bowflex dumbbell for about 1.5 years now... you can draw a summary :) I use the dumbbells to do some sports in the morning before work and had the problem in the past that I had to constantly change the weights of my cheap screw dumbbells. Even with two sets, the changes (even if there were only half as many) were annoying. That's how I came to the Bowflex dumbbells... After 1.5 years, I can say that in any Case was the right decision. I save about 5 minutes of time almost every day, which I was otherwise busy with changes. The training is therefore also "more fluid" and also a weight increase / adjustment with one and the same exercise is tried faster and the training effect is thus significantly increased. My fears about the size and shape of the dumbbell have proven to be unfounded. So far, I have not been able to detect any restrictions in the movement sequences, i.e. I can make the same movements as before.

Great for home gym
Having a rather busy family and professional life, I created a beautiful home gym with semi-professional equipment.
Currently, I have to change the discs of my dumbbells to change weights. So, I enjoyed myself by buying the bowlflex 1091i.
Having already tested them, I think they are really great. The materials are quality and robust. The grip of the dumbbells is good.

Comfortable to use
It has its price, but worth it, clear thumbs up! The workmanship looks high-quality, especially on the somewhat roughened handle - lies well in the hand - I now use these dumbbells for all exercise variations - due to the variable weight, a progression is easily possible

Pleasantly surprised
Perfect, high-quality product for the home. High-quality workmanship and visually very appealing. I am surprised by this sophisticated system. The adjustment mechanism is simple, holds the weight discs very securely and looks very robust. The handle is good in the hand and gives a pleasant feel.
