The multi-grips facilitate a wide range of exercises, such as pushes, shrugs, dips, and carries. The barrow can hold 200kg in 2” diameter Olympic plates to challenge everyone from fitness newbies to experienced athletes.

The Escape Fitness Barrow combines the push-pull capabilities of a power sled with a farmer’s carry and much more. Thanks to the multiple grip positions, you can do a seated shoulder press or shrugs. The Escape Fitness Barrow is a diverse tool for all levels of fitness.

The Escape Fitness Barrow is built to target as many body areas as possible. Five major areas of the upper body are targeted: forearms, biceps, triceps, upper back, and shoulders. For the lower body, the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves can all be targeted. The core is an essential component of all full-body workouts, and the base of many of the techniques utilised with the barrow.
RELIABLE QUALITY
The galvanised steel frame of the barrow is made of carbon steel; with a base weight of 62 kg, it can take a load capacity of 200kg. Each of the knurled grips is designed to give a sturdy hold for lifting and pushing and can take body weight during tricep dips. The wheels and sled are capable of taking on all terrain types for workouts inside and out.
