Description: Escape Fitness Quad Sled

The Escape Fitness Quad Sled is robust, quick to set up and easy to use. Load the 40kg sled up with 2” diameter Olympic plates, and choose your standard push grip or the drive grip for that extra challenge and push! Equipped with eyelets for battle ropes, you can also set up pulling challenges. The sled is made of 40kg of carbon steel, made in Britain, providing the quality you can rely on.

DYNAMIC QUAD WORKOUT

Power sleds have grown in popularity over the years as a fun and challenging way to work the lower limbs. Loading a sled with weight plates and driving through the quadriceps is an effective way to build strength in the legs while also engaging the core.
