A resilient B-TEX layer covers a core of recycled foam to help avoid scratching, tearing and injuries.

The integrated handles can be used for carries, and the bottom layer is perfect for dragging and pushing exercises. Loop battle ropes through the handles for various rope-pulling exercises or as a base for battle rope drills.
