The Escape Plyosoft Boxes have variable heights which are perfect for power development and performance. They can be used as a set, or individually, helping you to progress and regress exercises and are a perfect way to introduce beginners to the basics of plyometrics.

Besides being good looking, the box is a design triumph. Each one is fitted with double stitched velcro straps and fabricated in Europe from scuff resistant BTEX fabric with an additional four panels stitched into the top landing surface to increase grip and reduce wear.

However the real innovation is concealed inside. It is impossible to make foam this size and maintain the quality and thickness so the internal foam unit consists of an interlocking cross-linked system of dual density foams that creates an incredible strong structure capable of supporting a load far in excess of its own weight.
