The ForceUSA G Series Leg Extension and Curl Attachment combines the functionality of a leg extension machine, leg curl machine, and hip raise machine into one attachment. Each exercise isolates the muscles in your quadricep (leg extension), hamstring (leg curl), hip flexors, and glutes (hip raise) so you can channel your training to specific muscles in your routine.
