With 15 resistance levels, a fully adjustable press station, and a multi-position seat and backrest, it lets you train comfortably in a way that suits you. UNIQUE BODY-WEIGHT RESISTANCE SYSTEM

The BL1 delivers a powerful strength workout without bulky weight stacks. Instead of traditional plates and guide rods, it uses a body-weight leverage system to create resistance. The design keeps movements smooth and quiet, with no clanking weights or friction to slow you down. With 15 resistance levels, it allows precise adjustments in 10% increments of your body weight, so you can increase resistance gradually. The compact frame takes up minimal space and fits easily into home gym setups.

ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE SYSTEM

The multi-gym gives you 15 resistance levels, each adding 10% of your body weight, so you can build strength at your own pace. If you weigh 90kg (200lb), level 1 gives you 9kg (20lb) of resistance, while level 5 increases it to 45kg (100lb). The adjustment system is right next to you, so you can switch resistance without stopping or getting up.

FULLY ADJUSTABLE PRESS ARMS

The multi-gym comes with fully adjustable press arms, giving you flexibility for upper body exercises. With four standard and four reverse positions, you can switch between bench presses, shoulder presses, and lateral deltoid raises, adjusting angles to hit different muscle groups.
