Pick a destination and get moving on your bike, treadmill or rowing machine. With compatible equipment, the resistance or incline follows the hills along the way. Take the scenery beyond your phone screen with Kinomap VR. Pop on a VR headset or glasses and see your favourite routes in a whole new way. For the big-screen treatment, Kinomap TV brings scenic routes and coaching sessions to your TV, streaming devices and selected Amazon Echo Show displays. Now that's quite a view!
A Workout for Every Mood
Follow a coach, tackle an interval session or put together a workout of your own. Kinomap has coaching videos and structured training plans alongside free training and map modes. There's also Outdoor Training to record your runs, rides and other activities when you head outside. You can look back at your workouts and track your progress, with connections to apps such as Strava and adidas Running. Tune into Hotmix Radio for your workout soundtrack, catch your favourite routes on the big screen with Kinomap TV or explore the latest routes and events. You can run along official Golden Trail World Series courses, too! And there's a separate Kinomap + LES MILLS+ bundle with strength training, HIIT, yoga and more. Kinomap also has Solo and Multi options for workplaces, gyms and shared fitness spaces, with the Multi plan allowing different users to train on a shared setup.
Please note: You'll need your own compatible phone, tablet or supported display and an internet connection to use Kinomap. Automatic resistance and incline adjustments depend on your fitness equipment, and VR requires a compatible headset. Lockdown SAVIOUR!
Kinomap is my new fave app! I've been able to cycle all over the world from my lounge! Great app and really encourages you to keep going - also great when I cant get outdoors to cycle in this weather - brill addition to my workout!!

Great App !
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years, riding all over France, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, England, Japan, Thailand, Australia and even Africa and Cuba from my living room. There’s so many options from flat rides to famous mountain roads and a few Ironman courses. Makes indoor riding so much more interesting! My only complaint is that the video play matches the rider who took it, of course. Since I’m not as fast as some of those dudes, the video has to slow down to wait for me. Wish it wasn’t so dependent on our varying abilities. But there are plenty of vids that match my wattage fine. Just wish it could be across the board. I never would’ve seen so many places around the world without this app!
