LCD CONSOLE
Use the stunning 4" x 6" LCD console to keep track of your progress. It displays important information such as Caloric Burn, Distance, Speed, Level, Time, Heart Rate, Target Heart Rate and METs, which can assist you in fine-tuning your exercise regime. Contact heart rate sensors in the handlebars allow you to monitor your heart rate so you can be sure you're working within your target zone for optimum results. Alternatively you can also use the wireless monitoring system that is included with the console.
