Der Life Fitness Crosstrainer E1 Go ist ein sehr hochwertiges Fitnessgerät, welches sich für Personen unterschiedlichster Fitnesslevel eignet.
Durch seine hochwertige Verarbeitung bietet es eine angenehme, natürliche Bewegung und ist dabei äußerst leise. Bedingt durch seine ergonomische Form, lässt sich das Gerät hervorragend in die vorhandene Umgebung einbinden.
Die Life Fitness Go Konsole bietet eine leichte, komfortable Steuerung, so dass auch Anfänger schnell den Umgang mit dieser erlernen können. Der Brustgurt liefert verlässliche Daten, welche einwandfrei von dem LCD-Display abgelesen werden können. Eine Konnektivität mit Fitness Armbändern zur direkten Übertragung der Herzfrequenz würde das Gerät in dieser Einsteigerklasse perfekt machen.

Der Crosstrainer verfügt über viele Trainingsprogramme, so dass wir auch mit unterschiedlichem Fitnessniveau gut damit zu recht kommen.
Kauf und Lieferung waren unproblematisch und der Aufbau, dank der vorsortierten und bezifferten Schraubenpäckchen, kinderleicht.
Das Gerät an sich ist hingegen nicht so leicht (ca. 100kg), aber in Einzelteile zerlegt war auch das letztlich kein Problem :-).

Der Crosstrainer ist absolut stabil und sehr leise. Da meine Frau und ich sehr unterschiedlich groß sind (185cm und 158cm) war es für uns wichtig, dass beide gleichermaßen gut zurecht kommen, was das Gerät bestens erfüllt. Auch die vielen unterschiedlichen Trainingsmodi sorgen für genug Abwechslung. Messung mit Brustgurt funktioniert prima. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
