REAL-TIME TRACKING WITH WATTRATE® LCD DISPLAY

The Life Fitness IC3’s WattRate® LCD display shows everything you need—watts, heart rate, RPM, workout time, and resistance—all in real time. Its backlit screen keeps your stats easy to see, and the LED Coach By Colour® light above the display gives clear colour cues to help you stay in the right intensity zone. The tactile buttons make quick adjustments simple, and with Bluetooth® and ANT+, you can connect to the ICG® app or other apps to track your data as you ride.

ICG® APP INTEGRATION

With Bluetooth® and ANT+, the IC3 connects to the ICG® app, offering 150+ workouts created by fitness experts, including rides customised with Coach By Colour® to match your heart rate and power zones. You can track every session and share your progress on social media. The app’s Premium upgrade unlocks extra features like instructor-led rides, 130+ music-driven workouts, and scenic routes, with options to set your own goals and view heart rate and power data in real time.
