COMFORTABLE AND EFFECTIVE
The RS1 bike provides a comfortable and relaxed, but effective, home exercise option. With the Life Fitness Connect Console, Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device to push data to a growing list of partner apps by enabling proximity login on the LFconnect app, or connect to interactive apps like RunSocial for an engaging workout experience.
TRACK CONNECT CONSOLE
The Life Fitness Track Connect Console connects to your mobile devices for real time tracking and added engagement blue LCD screen. captive touch keys allow access to HIIT, custom, goal based and other challenging workouts. After logging in, exercisers can create a profile and then track their progress and workouts.
HEART RATE MONITORING
Contact heart rate hand sensors (Wireless heart rate monitoring system included with console).
ERGONOMIC DESIGN
Side-mounted handlebars and deluxe front assist handlebars.
SELF-BALANCING PEDALS
