The Marcy MKM-81010 Home Multi Gym appeals to fitness newcomers and experienced trainers alike. Designed for home use, the 81010 boasts a respectable 90kg vinyl weight stack, which, thanks to its pulley system, can generate up to 134kg of resistance. The robust frame of the multi-gym is made from 14-gauge steel to handle your toughest workouts. The multi-gym also comes with four accessories to facilitate a wide range of exercises.

The Marcy MKM-81010 is equipped for full-body workouts. It starts with the triple-function arms, which provide chest presses and chest flies for the pectorals, and a seated row to hit the upper back. The preacher bench attachment is perfect for training the arms, and the footrest is easily utilised as a leg extension. The pulley system has both a high and low attachment point, which provides a huge range of variety from the four included attachments.

INCLUDED ATTACHMENTS

Four attachments are included to complement the 81010’s pulley system. The EZ lat bar is built for lat pulldowns. The closer grips of the ‘shiver bar’ are designed for exercises such as preacher curls but can also be used for tricep pulldowns. The ankle strap works the adductors and abductors of the legs, and the single handle attachment provides unilateral training for a number of upper-body exercises.

The Marcy MKM-81010 Home Multi Gym brings the capabilities of a commercial gym to your home setup with a build quality to match. The 81010 is made from heavy-duty, 14-gauge steel to give you security and confidence to push your limits during your toughest workouts. High-density foam covers the backrest, seat and preacher curl to ensure you’re comfortable during your workout and the vinyl covering makes them easy to clean after use.
