The Marcy MWM4965 Home Gym brings the capabilities of the gym to your home. Equipped with a 68kg weight stack, the pulley system can produce up to 90kg of resistance. The dual-action press arms allow for chest press or pectoral flies to work the upper torso. The MWM4965 has three pulley attachment points to connect the included accessories. A built-in leg developer provides a station for leg extensions.

DUAL-ACTION ARMS
The MWM4965 features a set of robust dual-action press arms to work your chest muscles to their maximum. The chest press setting works the pectorals and triceps and can be easily switched to accommodate chest flies to isolate the pectorals. The arms can be alternated by simply removing the locking pins and rotating them.
PULLEY SYSTEM
Working from three pulley attachment points, the Marcy MWM4965 opens up a huge exercise library. The high pulley serves as a base for pulldown exercises for working the lats and triceps. The low pulley can facilitate rows and bicep curls. The third pulley is designed to be used with the abdominal crunch accessory but can be equally effective for upper back exercises such as high pulls.
