Description: Marcy SM-7553 Smith Machine
The Marcy SM7553 Smith Machine is an all-in-one package to revolutionise your home gym. The Smith machine comes with 12 accessories, as well as an adjustable bench, which is equipped with both a leg developer and a preacher curl. Also included are the bar catch and spotter bar attachments to keep so safe during your free weight lifts. The machine is also capable of holding 136kg (300lb) of weight to challenge users of all abilities.
SMITH MACHINE
The SM7553 Smith Machine is adjustable to 43 height levels to perform deadlifts, bench presses, and squats at heights that suit them. The Smith bar also has catch hooks to provide users with security whilst they lift without a spotter.
DUAL-PULLEY SYSTEM
The pulley system of the Marcy SM7553 can be loaded with Olympic 2” diameter plates and height adjusted along the same 43 levels as the Smith machine to perform a wide variety of exercises. Each pulley is able to be used independently to work unilaterally or train with a partner.
POWER RACK
With the SM7553, there is no need for a separate power rack. The machine comes with bar hooks to hold a 7-ft barbell for free weight exercises. The spotter bars are essential for pushing your limits safely without a training partner.
12 ATTACHMENTS
The SM7553 comes with an incredible selection of attachments included. These include adjustable handles, lat bar, short bar, long bar, V-handle, V-bar, triceps rope, ankle strap, leg anchor, leg press, landmine socket with handle and a bar pad. Additionally, there are dipping handles, resistant band hooks and a multigrip pullup bar included too.
ADJUSTABLE BENCH
To get the most out of your workout the SM7553 includes an adjustable bench. The bench has seven backrest positions and three seat positions. A preacher bench for bicep curls is also included as well as an attachable leg developer for leg isolation exercises.
STORAGE OPTIONS
At the rear of the Marcy SM7553 frame, there are five storage hooks for accessories, an adjustable weight plate storage rack and two Olympic barbell storage sockets. This helps keep your gym space organised and clutter-free.
