Keep on top of your workout time, distance, calories and more! Bluetooth functionality allows you to connect your favourite headphones and train in peace. With iFIT functionality, you can access thousands of professional trainer-led workouts, including receiving tailored, personal workouts every day to keep you motivated and keep your workouts engaging. iFIT trainers can even adjust your speed and incline with Automatic Trainer Control function... who said training had to be boring?
RUNNERS FLEX CUSHIONING
Typically, running on hard or uneven surfaces can be problematic to joints over time. The NordicTrack EXP 7i Treadmill's running deck has been enhanced with Runners Flex Cushioning to soften the impact on your joints over longer, higher intensity runs, whilst an oversized running surface (51cm x 152cm) gives you ample space when running. No matter your goals, you can train with peace of mind.

The NordicTrack EXP 7i Treadmill features a powerful 3.0 CHP motor to drive you through the most intense of workouts whilst remaining smooth and quiet so you can workout without disturbing others. Capable of a max speed of 22kph (13.7mph) and up to 12%, you can rely on the EXP 7i for any training plan. To top it off, the AutoBreeze™ Workout Fan keeps you cool during your workout.
FOLDABLE FOR EASY STORAGE
1.9” Precision-Balanced Rollers allow you to easily move the NordicTrack EXP 7i Treadmill wherever you need it. SpaceSaver® Design with EasyLift™ Assist allows you to easily fold it to maximise space when not in use.
RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES
As with all treadmills, placing a CV mat underneath the treadmill is always recommended to protect the machine and your flooring.
To maintain the quality of your treadmill, you should apply silicone lubricant underneath the running deck; it's generally recommended to do this once every 3-6 months depending on how much it's used.
We recommend a heart rate monitor for increased accuracy, delivering more efficient results in your training.
