The T Series 7 features a 5" high-contrast LCD screen that makes it easy to see your workout stats in real-time, including details like incline, distance, time, pace, calories burned, and vertical gain. The treadmill also includes built-in speakers and Bluetooth headphone compatibility. With iFIT, you get access to a massive library of over 10,000 workouts led by expert trainers, guiding you through everything from beginner walks to advanced runs. The treadmill adapts automatically to keep up with your pace. CUSTOMISABLE SPEED AND INCLINE SETTINGS

The NordicTrack T Series 7 Treadmill provides speeds ranging from a steady 1km/h walk to an energetic 16km/h run. The incline adjusts from 0–10%, allowing you to challenge yourself with different levels for a more balanced workout. With the ActivePulse™ heart-rate monitoring feature, the treadmill automatically tunes the speed and incline to keep you in the right heart rate zone, giving you an efficient, well-paced workout without manual adjustments. The SelectFlex™ cushioning system allows you to choose between a softer, more cushioned deck for extra comfort or a firmer surface.
