CHANGE RESISTANCE IN SECONDS
Switch resistance at the push of a button, no spring changes or interruptions mid-workout. Use one or more buttons to adjust from 10 kg to 45 kg across seven resistance combinations, using green (10 kg), blue (15 kg), and red (20 kg) as your base levels, building up as your strength improves.
GLIDE SMOOTHLY, STAY IN CONTROL
You get a smooth, quiet glide that feels steady and controlled as you move through your workout. Set the two cane-shaped footbars across four positions, then use the carriage handles and rear poggles for a secure grip and more ways to train.
