The Workout Creator lets you design your own routines, setting goals and intervals just how you like them (available with iFIT Pro memberships), while the iFIT AI Coach (beta, US-only for now) helps build healthy habits and suggests workouts based on your goals to help you make steady progress. This update also brings a cleaner, more intuitive interface, quick navigation, easy-to-read workout summaries, QR code login, and audio translations in multiple languages.
