Polar H10 is compatible with top fitness apps, gym equipment, smart watches and many other Bluetooth and ANT+ devices. The 5kHz transmission allows you to use the chest strap underwater and track data from your swimming sessions. Polar H10 keeps on improving with over-the-air software updates.


TWO SIMULTANEOUS BLUETOOTH CONNECTIONS
Polar H10 can be connected to two training devices at the same time. This allows you to connect your gym equipment and your favourite fitness app, or your bike console and your polar watch. ANT+ and Bluetooth connections can also be active at the same time.


BUILT-IN MEMORY
Polar H10 integrates a built-in memory that can store your heart-rate data from one training session. The data can be then transferred to Polar Beat - a free fitness and training app.


COMPATIBLE WITH TOP FITNESS APPS
Polar H10 is compatible with apps such as Runtastic, Endomondo, MyFitnessPal, Nike+ Run Club, TrainingPeaks, Strava and many more. With the Polar Beat app you will get motivating feedback immediately after training and access to fitness tests where you can test your fitness levels in just 5 minutes. Polar Beat can also estimate your running VO2max index so you can track how your performance is developing over time.


PLAN YOUR WORKOUTS WITH POLAR FLOW
Polar Flow is a free online tool for tracking and planing your workouts, activities and sleep. It helps you understand the data provided by your heart rate monitor, creates personalised running plans and maintains your training log. Polar Flow connects to your H10 and can be used either as a web service or a mobile app.


ORTHOSTATIC TEST
If you pair your H10 chest strap with a Polar sports watch you can run an orthostatic test that will record data about your heart rate variability and your recovery. You will also be provided with tools to optimize your training.


ACCURATE AND COMFORTABLE POLAR PRO STRAP
Polar H10 comes with Polar Pro strap which incorporates high quality electrodes and a soft textile design to ensure supreme accuracy in heart rate reading and maximum comfort in wearing. The silicone dots on the inside of the strap and the improved buckle keep the strap in place even through the toughest workouts. Accurate heart rate meaning means accurate calorie burn data. This data is analysed further in the Polar Beat app along with your weight, height, age, gender, your individual maximum heart rate (HRmax) and how hard you’re training to present the most accurate readings.


400H BATTERY LIFE
One battery life will last for 400h with Bluetooth Low Energy, ANT+ and 5 kHz transmission active, which means you don’t have to worry about running out of battery during your workout sessions. H10 runs on CR 2025 battery.
