The ProForm Sport Treadmill is the perfect entry-level treadmill for those wanting to take advantage of iFIT’s stunning training platform. It is capable of speeds up to 10km/h and inclines up to 10% while taking full advantage of iFIT’s ActivePulse™ (heart-rate monitor sold separately) and device-based SmartAdjust™ technology (iFIT subscription sold separately).

0-16KM/H RUN SPEED

Thanks to the powerful 1.86 CHP motor, the ProForm Sport Treadmill is capable of running speeds of up to 16km/h. This is a perfect speed range for serious runners looking to cut their km run times and improve overall fitness.

0-10%INCLINE

Whether you’re training for a marathon or a long hike, the 0-10% incline supports your training and goals, simulating elevation during your routes. By engaging the incline, you can strengthen critical muscle groups such as calves and hamstrings for intense cardiovascular exercise.

ACTIVEPULSE™

Heart-rate-zone training is a highly effective training method, and thanks to iFIT’s ActivePulse™ it’s easier than ever to employ. With a suitable heart rate monitor (sold separately), ActivePulse™ automatically adjusts the speed and incline to keep you in your targeted zone.

SMARTADJUST™

SmartAdjust™, combined with an iFIT membership (sold separately), provides a unique training experience. Whilst following one of iFIT’s expert coaches through their workouts, SmartAdjust™ will adjust the speed and incline to match that of the coach.
