The HIITMill X is the evolution of the standard HIITMill; the X includes farmer's carry arms to add a weighted element to your HIIT workout. By lowering the resistance of the flywheel, you can have a highly reactive sprint track or lateral agility trainer. Increasing the resistance works well for the push-sled handles, forcing you to dig deep and force the belt into motion.

The HIITMill X is the perfect addition to gyms that want to push their members to the brink! It suits functional training zones and works well as a station for HIIT classes and circuit training. The versatility of the HIITMill X makes it a great addition to gym spaces with smaller floorplans, and with the addition of transport wheels, you are able to move the X with ease.
SELF-POWERED CHALLENGE
Unlike the majority of treadmills on the market, the HIITMill X does not require any power. Instead, it uses a combination of an 11° incline and your effort to move the belt. The resistance is controlled through a lever on the left-hand side of the machine, which controls the magnetic resistance flywheel.

Great product
Very interesting product. We do not have the space for regular farmers walks so this machine is a great alternative. The design is really cool and it feels like it is built to last.
