Easy to use smart scales
I have been really happy with my scales and would recommend using them. I decided to try to get healthier and lose some weight, so I bough these smart scales as I wanted to be able to track my progress on my phone. I really liked how they looked nice and modern in my bathroom.
I found the app nice and easy to use on a daily basis.You just press the measurement button and then step on your scales. Your information is stored and you can track your progress over time. The different measurements options are really helpful in your health journey. You can track Muscle mass, body fat, metabolic age, BMI, visceral fat, and water. I like easily tracking my BMI and watching the progress I am making. I was surprised with my Visceral fat and I am now tracking it, where I never have before.

Great accuracy!
Really great scales - very nice and presentable and fit in well within the bathroom! Not too big so works quite well.
The readings from this are so accurate, I’m so pleased with how I can track my progress and understand what I need to work on and what my current weight, health etc is! As well as my metabolic age (always nice to be told you’re much younger… haha!)

Great for basics
If you’re looking for a reasonably priced smart scale, which can provide basic physical health information I’d recommend this scale. Whilst it does appear complicated when you first open, with occasional difficulty in navigating the information on the scale, the option to use an accompanying app with a smoother process does support this well. Occasionally I have found in the last few weeks that readings haven’t been consistent but overall these have been in line with my expectations. The smooth design of the scale and smaller size does compliment my bathroom well and takes up little space, although as a smaller man I do feel that someone heavier than me may struggle with the size. I did also find that metabolic age didn’t match close to my actual age either. I would point out that the optional nature of the app does provide flexibility to those who have a preference whether to use or not use that. For me, this is a well priced affordable scale which provides me with the understanding and detail I am looking for however for those looking for more depth I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Very good smart scale
When I opened the packaging for the Tanita smart scale, I really liked the look of the scale, I chose the white design and it has a very modern look. The scale is easy to use however when I first tried to connect it to the app it was difficult at first. After using the scale a few times it became easier to connect. I love being able to track my body measurements to see exactly what parts I need to improve further with my weight loss and to also see how my measurements change. The scale is able to track body fat and muscle mass which really helps to see. I also think it’s really helpful that it can also measure metabolic age as you can compare it to your actual age and work to improve on your metabolic age being closer to your actual age. Overall, I love using this smart scale and having more insights into my body measurements rather than just the number of my weight.

Good tracker
The design is very simple and modern. It is light and very easy to store. It was packaged accordingly and it arrived in great perfection. The multiple measurements provided by the device is great and gives multiple ways to track your health. You have to input your information into the app such as your age, weight and how active you are. My decide took a few attempt to connect with my phone via Bluetooth but was very easy to use after this. The touch buttons on the device are very good. Not to sensitive but work first time you touch them. I have been able to track my progress with my weight loss journey over the last few weeks and look toward to being able to see my fat/muscle percentage once I have spent a few more weeks at the gym. I would recommend to others who want an easy way to track progress.

Impressive!
I am amazed at how good these scales are. They arrived well packaged and I noticed straight away how slim and lightweight they are. They don’t take up much room and fit in with modern decor.
I was worried the set up would be complicated but I was pleasantly surprised about how simple and easy it was to get everything going. It took little time from unboxing to getting my first measurements in.
The app is an excellent addition and can show you a range of measurements straight away. I have found it helps me keep track of my progress without having to write anything down . This is great for me as I can look back at previous weigh ins and see the progress I am making. For weeks where I don’t feel like I have lost any weight it is important for me to see the changes in other measurements a normal scales wouldn’t show you. Being able to add 5 people is great for the whole family to utilise this excellent product.
I would recommend these to anyone wondering whether to buy. I can’t ever see myself going back to non smart scales now. I’m so impressed with the metabolic age function. This unique feature really makes a difference in terms of tracking and progress.
