ADJUSTABLE BACK REST
The seat pad itself is fully adjustable, in 5 different positions whilst the back cushion can be adjusted in 7 different positions.
INCLINE / DECLINE / FLAT POSITIONS
This allows the bench to be used in, incline, flat or decline positions, offering maximum variety for exercises, whilst increasing the range of exercises that are possible both with your own body weight or with dumbbells for example.
EASY TO TRANSPORT
The foot holder also features high-quality foam padding for comfort and safety, whilst the mounted transport wheels and handle allow for the bench to be easily transported around a gym or studio.

Really great purchase
For the money this bench is exceptional value, really solid great adjustment easy to put together in around an hour, padding is thick and seems very durable the wheels make it easy to move about given the components and materials used this is of a commercial level piece of equipment, you can buy cheaper without doubt but for this quality you really are getting what you pay for, would highly recommended it really solid stable and we'll engineered for ease of use.
