FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
The Taurus Elite Adjustable Roman Chair is a great station for developing the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. The station can be used with just bodyweight or whilst holding a weight to increase the intensity.

The Taurus Roman Chair is made from high-quality materials and is designed for heavy, commercial use. The frame can handle a maximum load of 250kg and has thick padding for comfortable training.
HYPEREXTENSIONS
The hyperextension is a great exercise for strengthening the muscles in the back, glutes and hamstrings. The exercise involves bending the mid-section over the cushion before returning to an upright position. It is important not to curve the back during this exercise, maintaining a straight spine throughout the exercise.

Nice engineering
I have exercised in gyms for over 40 years. Lockdown made us Aerospace engineers set up our own office gym but we lacked a good roman chair to properly exercise the lower back, glutes and hamstrings, the best way to prevent the old sciatic nerve getting trapped in your piriformis.
There was a bit of an issue with delivery but now the Taurus adjustable chair is here and assembled, it’s simply gorgeous.
Very well engineered with quality parts and so adjustable. It gives the best results I have ever had on a roman chair. I can see this will become a favorite piece of kit.
