Great workout!
Last year I got this air bike before the pandemic luckily and I have been using it religiously over the last year about 3-4 times a week. Provides a great workout. Glad I went for an air bike rather than a standard one as I feel like I can control the resistance a bit more on this particular model. Great way of challenging myself. Fab

Versatile
I was looking for a piece of kit which was very versatile. One which could be used for longer distances as well as shorter hit style workouts. I was looking at other brands however found this model to be more robust when I tried it in store. Id didn’t wobble as much as really allowed me to put my weight through the bike. The bike has a great display which shows a lot of valuable information as well as several build in programmes which other bikes such as these do not feature. It has multiple hand positions too so depending on the workout I can switch it up to work different muscles.

Taurus Ergo-X Review
I was surprised at the quality of this air bike. I have used other branded air bikes in gyms before and this feels so much heavier and sturdier than others. I can really push myself and the bike doesn’t move at all. The built in interval workouts on the computer are great for helping me stick to set rest periods too. Would definitely recommend.

Exreme workout
Well what can I say, yes it can be a little noisy but the workout from this bike is so extreme and is now part of my everyday routine. Also love the option you can do either legs, arms or both together and that it feels like this machine will last for year and years from the quality of it.

Best air bike on the market
Wow. Doesn’t feel rickety like the Assault bikes in the gym. It’s sturdy and smooth and quiet, because of the belt rather than the chain. Where have they been hiding this!

Full body workout in one machine!
Fantastic machine for a whole body workout. You get intense workouts in few minutes. The console has pre-set interval trainings that will really push you to your limits. After using it for few weeks I can see so much progress. It's very sturdy and the motion is very smooth.

Love this bike. After speaking in great length with my local store and explaining that I want to get fit an healthy I was recommended the Ergo X bike and I love it. Almost being like a seated cross trainer I can pick and choose the days to focus on either just legs or arms or both and the HIIT training programmes which I had never heard of before now is certainly a great fat burner had the bike over 2 months now using it every day and I can safely say I am starting to notice the difference already and thats without being to strict on myself when I want a chocolate bar.

Best single cardio machine
I run a sports therapy and PT stuido, and this is the best all rounded cardio machine I have had. It suits every needs, it can be as easy as you want, it can be as intense as you want. It is suitable for someone who are less fit or older, it also suitable for the fitness beast.
Very solid, very stable, very well built machine which will last for years.

Well worth the investment.
Had let myself go after leaving the Navy a few years back. A couple of weeks on this and I was back into shape. Easy to use, no complicated setup or confusing programmes. I thought it would be difficult, but after a week or so I took to it like a duck to water... Good size pedals even for feet like mine :) Superb for HIIT training.
