AIR RESISTANCE
The Taurus Ergo-X Classic Air Bike's resistance is controlled by the user, not the machine. You control the intensity of your workout; the harder you push, pull and pedal, the more air you're moving and the greater the resistance becomes.
If you need to cool down and lower your heart rate, ease the intensity of your pedal stroke to decrease the amount of air moving and resistance. When you're ready to up the intensity again, simply pedal harder; no need for manual resistance levers. Pushing, pulling, and pedalling can all be done with a Taurus Ergo-X Classic Air Bike, thereby activating muscles in your arms, chest, back, legs, and core.
Effectively burn calories with a full-body workout where you control the intensity of your workout!
ADJUSTABLE AND PRACTICAL
The 4-way adjustable seat allows you to adjust the seat up/down, and forward/back. Simply loosen the pop-pin and pull out to adjust the vertical distance from the seat to the pedal. Next, loosen the seat track lever to slide the seat closer or further away from the handlebars. Once you've burned those calories and hit that PB, you can easily re-locate your bike by tilting the Taurus Ergo-X Classic Air Bike forward and rolling away using the 2 wheels from the front stabilizer.
LCD CONSOLE
The Taurus Ergo-X Classic Air Bike sports a user-friendly LCD console that allows you to view and measure your workout metrics in real time such as distance, watts, speed, and calories. The console also allows for switching between units of measurement: meters or miles and measures to the tenth of a calorie so you know your exact progress. Furthermore, you can also set targets or goals of, for example, distance, calories or time to workout with. You can even set up custom rest intervals, and once you start, the console will count down from your target, so you can hop on and hit your goals with ease each and every session!

Perfect bike
This bike is perfect. I'm 25 and have a stress fracture in my leg and was looking for something to maintain my running fitness whilst out injured. 6 weeks out and using this bike and my 5k time has only got 15 seconds slower (and in fact I have not been using it as much as I was running). I'm very fit and going hard on this machine for 3 minutes is absolutely exhausting. My mum has arthritis in her knee and using this bike doesn't hurt it and she is able to get an excellent workout. Also have two sisters who don't enjoy exercise much but are happy to use the bike a few times a week and have seen good results. I was somewhat skeptical about buying towards the lower end of the price range for airbikes but trust me this product is sufficient. You can also use it multiple times a day because running makes your muscle and bones ache afterwards but because their is so little load you don't get that. Would recommend.

Killer Workout
This bike is perfect and offers the killer of all workouts. The seat isn’t that comfortable, but I’m not using mine for sustained training periods - I couldn’t.
It’s well built, solid, belt driven (not chain), heavy & stable when in use but mobile (it has wheels). The display is easy to read & use.
I looked at the Assault, Rogue, etc but all sold out & c.£300+ more expensive.
Unless your competing professionally, you won’t need more than what this bike has to offer.....

Really sturdy bike, and easy to assemble, but the only con for me, is that the seat isn't comfortable, so I'll probably change the seat.

Taurus euro x classic
What a unit, took a while to unpack as was well packed. This does weigh a bit so be careful. Once built the bike is compact and solid, digital screen easy to read and the adjustments to suit are flexible enough for all . Very smooth use but it will get very breezy while using it. Cannot wait to progress on it. Looks great and easy to move about.

Taurus Ergo
For the price it’s brilliant. I wanted a Rogue Echobike but they are currently out of stock & >£900. The Taurus is big, heavy and well engineered. Plus it’s £599. Clearly it’s had some design inspiration from an Assault bike.. However, the Taurus is just as good & makes me want to puke every time. No buyers remorse.

Great piece of equipment
Decided to go for an air bike rather than your standard one. Had used them in the gym before and really like them. Bike is really sturdy and creates great resistance.
