FIXED ARMREST SUPPORT
The fixed armrests offer a firm hold during each rep, giving your torso a stable reference point. That helps you maintain a steady line through the movement and encourages solid squat mechanics.
AUTO-RETURN HANDLE RESET
The starting handle is spring loaded, so it moves back to its home position once you’re set. The station stays ready for the next rep or user without extra adjusting.
BELT POSITION OPTIONS
Several fixed positions are spaced along the frame for clipping in the belt. Pick the point that lines up naturally with your stance and squat depth, which helps the movement settle in from the start.
