This thing is SO good- I was a bit dubious before buying because you never know until you try it whether it's worth getting. This is really nice just for regular soreness after a day but also when you have a bad knot in one area. I used this alternating with one of those microwave heat packs, 15 minutes each for an hour total and a quite bad pulled muscle that had been bugging me for FOUR DAYS was relieved and back to normal. I'm so happy with this!
