The Anker 7 has a small gym footprint: 9.3 inches deep and 48.1 inches wide. Its frame is space-conscious by design but despite its size the Anker 7 is a robust powerhouse, The Anker 7 has two adjustable pulleys and two attachment points for battle ropes and resistance bands.
ADJUSTMENT RAILS
The Anker 7’s two adjustment rails have 17 adjustment points, providing a huge amount of exercise variety. Each pulley can be used individually for group training or together for exercises such as chest or shoulder presses.
ATTACHMENT POINT
The Anker 7 has attachment points at the top and bottom of the frame. The top point is perfect for affixing resistance bands, and the bottom point is designed for attaching battle ropes.
