ULTIMATE MULTI-GYM WORKOUT
The SM90 offers a vast array of options for your home gym. The Smith machine, squat rack, chin-up bars, and dip handles can all handle up to an impressive 200kg weight capacity. The pulley systems are equally robust, supporting up to 150kg.
POWER STATION
The SM90 Smith Machine is designed with your safety in mind. Equipped with a 7kg Smith bar capable of handling up to 200kg of weight capacity, it offers 19 adjustment points for a wide variety of exercises. This feature-rich machine is perfect for power-focused exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, providing you with a secure and confident workout experience.
PERFECT SQUAT RACK
Like the Smith machine, the squat rack can hold a maximum weight load of up to 200kg and has 19 adjustment points to keep your barbell at any height. The squat rack frame can hold a 7-ft Olympic barbell. While the squat rack is associated with squats, it is also a great place to perform bench presses and deadlifts. Using the included spotter arms for support during lifts keeps you safe during your most challenging workouts.
PULLEY PERFECTION
The plate-loading pulley system can hold up to 150kg and has three workout points. The dual pulley uses the same 19-point adjustment rail as the Smith machine to provide a huge amount of exercise variation from any height. The lower pulley comes with a bar attachment, making it a great station for rows and bicep curls. The included pulley handles have multiple attachment points to provide an additional level of variance to your workouts.
SMART STORAGE
The SM90 is built to be a compact solution for your home gym. The frame is L 160.1 x W 163.1 x H 211.3 cm, making it perfect for home and garage gyms. The frame is equipped with four weight storage pins, each holding 100kg of Olympic plates, helping you keep your gym space tidy and organised. Additionally, there is a barbell storage slot to keep your Olympic bar secure after use.
MULTI-GRIP CHIN-UP BAR
The SM90 frame comes equipped with a multi-grip chin-up bar for performing all variations of pull-ups and chin-ups. As with the Smith machine and squat rack, the chin-up bar can hold a maximum user weight of 200kg. Pull-ups and chin-ups provide a challenging bodyweight exercise to hit your lats, shoulders and arms. Using the various grips can target different parts of the shoulders and back and provide additional exercise progression.
DIPS FOR DAYS
The dipping station attachments can be fixed to the squat rack's 19-point adjustment rail to expand your exercise library to include tricep dips. The dipping handles are adjustable, so you can set the station's height to incorporate deeper dips for a more challenging workout.
