The BodyMax Olympic Cast Iron Tri-Grip Weight Plates included in this package are long-lasting, durable, and robust weight discs. Their cast iron, hammertone finish means you can use them on a daily basis and they’ll stand the test of time. The tri-grip design of the weight plates means they can be used easily in a variety of exercise types, not just with a barbell, although it does also help with the loading and unloading of the barbell. These plates are suitable for Olympic bars, 2” in diameter.

The package includes a 7ft 20kg barbell versatile enough for use in all kinds of training. It has a 30mm grip, secure knurling to ensure a strong grip and a 180kg weight capacity. Spring collars are also included to make sure your plates are secure for safe lifting.
