UNBEATABLE VERSATILITY
The BodyMax CF380 Smith Machine Multi Gym is an all-in-one workhorse for your home gym. It has a built-in 7-foot bar and a wide variety of plate-loading stations. The multi-gym also comes with the CF330 adjustable bench to increase the exercise variety and bring the entire gym to your home.
INCREDIBLE VARIETY
The CF380 comes with a wide variety of stations, including a pulldown, low row, chest fly and, of course, the angled smith machine. The CF330 adjustable bench also comes with the product, which adds more exercise variety thanks to its preacher bench attachment and leg developer.
ANGLED SMITH MACHINE
The Smith machine is set to a 7° angle to aid in the natural movement path for squats, barbell chest presses and deadlifts. The 7ft bar is built into the machine and can be adjusted to various heights to accommodate the user’s height and exercise type. The machine takes 2” plates as standard and has removable sleeves to accommodate 1” plates too.
ADJUSTABLE BENCH
The CF380 comes with the CF330 adjustable bench to add a preacher bench and leg developer to the arsenal of exercise stations that come with the CF380. The bench can lay flat or can be adjusted to an incline, decline or upright to support you during your workout.
CABLE MACHINE
The CF380 has a cable pulley system, which provides the user with a lat pulldown, low row, and pectoral fly. The pulley can be loaded with plates up to 90kg, making this perfect for beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike.
POWER RACK
The CF380's frame is also a capable power rack, perfect for developing squats and benchpresses. It also includes a pair of spotting bars to keep you safe during your most challenging lifts. The frame also has six weight storage horns to keep your gym space tidy and organised.
STURDY BUILD
The BodyMax CF380 is made with high-grade steel and can hold 180kg. Each column has multiple adjustment points that fit the J-hooks and spotter bars, ensuring you can load up the bar at any height and feel secure during any lift.

Great product - but read instructions carefully
This is a great bit of kit and so versatile. But take your time with building; the instructions are detailed diagrams with lots going on. When i read a previous review before buying saying it would take 5-6 hours I was skeptical; but this is about right and i spent a lot of time building and then dismantling as i had missed parts, which couldn't be added after built. Also sometimes its not obvious at all from the instructions which bolts are needed. One useful tip for manufacturers would be to clearly label each bag with item number and I think the instructions probably need a few more steps added, especially when installing smith machine part. That said and now its built, i'm very happy with it.
