ADJUSTABLE STRIDE
The cardiostrong EX90 Plus Touch Cross Trainer features a unique, un-fixed stride length adjustment, offering a premium training experience with diverse workout options. The stride is adjustable electronically via hot keys on the handles, allowing for adjustments during use. The stride length is adjustable between 45cm and 65cm, accommodating users of all ages, abilities and physiques. The flexible stride length allows you to choose a shorter stride length, suitable for simulating jogging or extend this to the maximum length to simulate sprinting; this flexibility to choose different stride lengths allows you to work varying muscle groups dependent on your training goals.
16 LEVELS OF RESISTANCE
With 16 levels of resistance and 18 exercise programs in total, the cardiostrong EX90 Plus Touch Cross Trainer is suited for a wide variety of users and fitness levels, making this an excellent option in light-commercial environments. An electronically adjustable magnetic brake and an output range of 10-350W (adjustable in 5W increments) allow for a smooth workout experience. Additionally, the footplates are wide and robust to accommodate a wide variety of users.
TOUCHSCREEN CONSOLE
Featuring a 10.1” touchscreen, the cardiostrong EX90 Plus Touch Cross Trainer comes with pre-installed apps; YouTube, Chrome, Netflix, Spotify & Kinomap, allowing you to keep yourself up to date with your favourite TV series, videos or playlists whilst you train. Furthermore, you can create up to 4 user profiles, allowing for each user to resume their workout with their data intact. There are 12 onboard pre-set programs for you to choose from, including heart-rate-orientated training; heart rate is measurable on the pulse sensors on the handles or via an optional chest strap.
KINOMAP COMPATIBLE
With over 70,000 miles of video track on their database, the Kinomap app automatically changes the resistance level to suit the route profile that you are following, whether that's in Central Park, New York, or the French countryside; the choice is yours! The videos- which are uploaded to the Kinomap platform by other users- sync and play at the speed based on your current workout motions. Kinomap will also monitor your speed, distance, time and heart rate whilst you train, which you can then compare with your previous stats to ensure you are on track to hit those fitness targets.

Built with a solid metal frame, the cardiostrong EX90 Plus Touch Cross Trainer prides itself on stability. Not only does the modern design look great, but the life longevity is increased even with frequent intensive use due to the build quality.
The footplates on the trainer have been built close together to ensure maximum comfort every time you train. The multi-grip handle options also allows you to train with your hands in multiple positions; this is not only an advantage for taller users to ensure their comfort but also to all users who may want to change their grip whilst in full-flight of their workout.
The machine itself is heavy and sturdy but thanks to the integrated transport wheels, it can be easily lifted, tipped forward and transported around your home or gym facility.
